- Approve a Zoning Amendment request of the Hibbing Economic Development Authority, 401 East 21<sup id="isPasted">st</sup> St., Hibbing, MN 55746, to allow the Applicant to re-zone the subject property, 2810 Diane Lane, from I-1, Light Industry District, and PD11-1, Planned Development District to R-3, Multiple Family Residence District.
