- Approve the purchase of a 2025 Ford Explorer from McGovern in the amount of $47,091. This squad is currently in stock and ready for delivery. The state bid on this squad is $46,902, but is not available and would need to be ordered with a lead time of 9–12 months. The squad would be for K9 and funding for the squad would be K9 Capital and Forfeiture Funds.
- Approve the Professional Design Services Proposal for the Hibbing Public Library Tech Center and Toilet Rooms Renovation from Widseth in the amount of $57,000 for Schematic Design, Construction Documents Scope of Services, and Constrtuction and Administrative Services
