Authorize the Mayor to sign the Assignment of Purchase Agreement to Cobb Cook Place, LLLP, a Minnesota limited liability limited partnership for the property that is located at 4000 5th Ave. W., Hibbing, MN, County of St. Louis, State of Minnesota (The Purchase Agreement between the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Hibbing and the City of Hibbing was signed on July 10, 2025).
2. Offer RESOLUTION NO. 25-10-06 WAIVING THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S REVIEW OF THE HIBBING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (HEDA) PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY AT 507 EAST HOWARD STREET, HIBBING, MINNESOTA
3. Approve the proposal from Miriam Kero Consulting for grant writing assistance for the MN DNR ReLeaf Community Forestry Grant in the amount of $2,060.
