7. Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement between the City of Hibbing and ESI Employee Assistance Group in the amount of $3,700 for the 2026 Total Care & Public Safety Employee Assistance Program services.
8. Offer RESOLUTION NO. 26-01-05 ACCEPTING $357,107.86 AWARD FROM THE OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
