5. Amend the current agreement with BARR to include the inspection and construction administration services.BARR Construction Administration Services - 41st Street Ditch with an amount not to exceed $16,000
6. Approve Resolution No. 26-02-09 Approving Labor Agreement, and Memorandums of Understanding between the City of Hibbing and AFSCME Local Union No. 791.
7. Approve the agreement with Hart Electric to provide service to repair any failing lights when there is an indicator or luminare outage. . The quote is in the amount of $315 per event.
8. Approve change order #2 for the Hibbing Public Safety Building Project in the amount of $30,219.69
9. Approve the quote from Bougalis & Sons. 41st Street Ditching Project Award in the amount of $99,000
