5. Approve the maintenance agreement with All City Elevator for elevator service and inspection services for City Hall, Library, and Memorial Arena Elevators.
6. Approve the amendment to the purchase agreement between the city of Hibbing and the HRA of Hibbing for parcel ID # 140-0290-00619 to extend the date from 06/30/2026 to 06/30/2027 for the Mahoning Manor Development.
7. Approve the purchase of (5) Axon Taser 10 bundles in the amount of $24,990.00 from Axon. This is an annual budget item from small tools.
8. City Paving Project - Change Order - $25,000 - $35,000
9. Award project to Max Gray Construction for the Memorial Building Ammonia Room Repairs in the amount of $775, 000.
10. Award the quote from LVC to move forward with phase one of Hibbing Memorial Arena fire alarm system in the amount of $65,455.
11. Award the quote from Range Cornice Roofing for roof replacement on a portion of the Hibbing Memorial Building in the amount of $79,707.
