2. Approve the proposal to conduct a HUD 8-step Analysis of New Haven Drive Phase 2 and have the City Engineer sign the proposal
3. Approve the updated Pricing Proposal from US Bank for service fees and authorize the additional services of Positive Pay (ACH and check), ACH Origination for A/P Vendor Payments, Account Validation services, and SinglePoint Wire Transfer.
