1. Landfill Operating Contract<br><span style="font-size: 11px;">View attached proposal from Mathiowetz Enterprises Inc. for the next operating contract starting on 4/1/2026</span>
2. Farm Lease Contract<br><span style="font-size: 11px;">Current Contracts expired November 15th (Or when crop is removed) staff is requesting the SWAC to authorize posting a request for bids for a new contract. The most recent contract was a three year term, which was consistent with past contracts. The SWAC had previously met and decided rather than make improvements to the hay ground to have a single contract for crop ground to lease.
