- Proposed Bylaws Amendment - Citizen Comment Period<br>- The rules, procedures, and limitations established for addressing Bemidji's Sustainability Commission include stating one's name and address for the record, refraining from profane and disparaging language about any individual or group, and limiting ones remarks to three (3) minutes."Anyone who wishes to address the Sustainability Commission at any meeting thereof, shall do so according to the same rules, procedures, and limitations as those established for addressing the Bemidji City Council. Such address shall happen at the designated agenda time for public comments."
