- Resolution No. 2025-110 Entering into a Closed Session, pursuant to MCL 15.268 (c), for strategy and negotiation sessions connected with the negotiation of the International Association of Fire Fighters collective bargaining agreement if either negotiating party requests a closed hearing.
- Resolution No. 2025-120 Authorizing to extend the Dispatch Contract with Washtenaw County to June 30, 2026, on the same terms and conditions, and also authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the extension agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
- Resolution No. 2025-117 Approving a three-year Contract with WCA Assessing in the amounts of $115,145, $120,902, and $126,947 respectively, with optional re-appraisal fees to be approved by City Council, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign and execute the agreement.
- Resolution No. 2025-118 Approving the Fire and Police Pension Administrative Contract FY 2025-2026.
- Resolution No. 2025-124 Approving the Michigan Department of Transportation Contract No. 25-5262; and also authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign this contract, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
