4. Resolution No. 2026-100 Approving the change order for the Municipal Lots Rehabilitation to Somerset Paving for the total cost of $214,200, with the DDA reimbursing the City for up to $204,200, and authorizing the City Manager to sign the change order on the city’s behalf.
