Approve a three-year extension of the agreement with the Michigan Employees' Retirement System (MERS) for the administration and investment of the Other Post Employment Benefit (OPEB) trust fund, MERS Retiree Health Funding Vehicle (RHFV), and authorize the City Manager to execute all documents related to this extension agreement on behalf of the city.
2. Award a contract for the purchase of traffic signal poles, mast arms, and assemblies to J. Ranck Electric, Incorporated in the not-to-exceed amount of $489,700 and authorize the City Manager to sign all documents related to the contract on behalf of the city.
