- Approve an updated MI Tri-Share Employer Agreement with the State of Michigan’s new administrative partner, the United Way of Northwest Michigan, to allow the city to continue participating in the Tri-Share Child Care Program and authorize the City Manager to execute all documents related to this action on behalf of the city.
- Authorize the purchase of two Global M3 2023 sweepers as noted above through MTech utilizing the Sourcewell purchasing program in the amount of $593,988 and authorize the City Manager to execute all documents related to the purchase on behalf of the city.
- Subsequent to the public hearing, adopt Ordinance Amendment #23/24-4 to amend City of Portage Chapter 42 Land Development Regulations relating to the Sign Regulation.
