  1. Receive the PD Tentative Plan Amendment and Preliminary Condominium Plan for McConley Cove Planned Development at 1075 Bacon Avenue, and set a public hearing for November 6, 2024.
  2. Award a contract to Progressive Building Services in the amount of $118,050 for apparatus bay floor resurfacing at Fire Stations No. 1 and No. 3, and authorize the City Manager to execute all documents on behalf of the city.
  3. Award a contract to perform planning and zoning services to overhaul the city code of ordinances to Kendig Keast Collaborative in the not-to-exceed amount of $208,687, and authorize the City Manager to execute all documents related to the contract on behalf of the City.
