- Award a one-year contract for $112,365 (option for five one-year renewals for a total of $696,697) to Clark Logic DBA Earthworks for landscape bed maintenance of various city properties and leaf removal at two locations and authorize the City Manager to execute all documents related to this action on behalf of the city.
- Award a one-year contract to TruGreen Commercial for $62,337.94 (option for five one-year renewals for a total of $393,235.27) for herbicide applications in the City Center, parks, cemeteries, public facilities, and major street locations, and authorize the City Manager to execute all documents related to this action on behalf of the city.
