1. Approve the Portage Police Officers Association Collective Bargaining Agreement for the period of July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the same.
2. Take action to:<ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha;"><li>approve the Portage Community Land Trust Operating Agreement, </li><li>designate the City Manager as the Authorized Signer for the Portage Community Land Trust, </li><li>approve the Stanwood Crossings Declaration of Easements and Restrictive Covenants, and</li><li>authorize the City Manager to execute all documents related to this action on behalf of the city.
3. Award a contract in the amount of $876,755.05, to Lakeland Asphalt Corporation, for mill and fill asphalt repairs to major and local street sections.
