1. Approve an agreement with Abonmarche to provide professional services for the Brown Avenue reconstruction in an amount not to exceed $137,000, and authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services Agreement.
2. Award a five-year contract to All City Management Services in the amount of $452,628 for crossing guard services, and authorize the City Manager to execute all documents related to this action on behalf of the city.
3. Receive Ordinance Amendment #25/26-3 to amend the Code of Ordinances of the City of Portage, Michigan by adopting Chapter 44 Residential Unified Development Ordinance and amending corresponding sections of Chapter 42 Land Development Regulations Article 4, 5, and 6, and establish a public hearing on June 23, 2026.
