1. Award a contract to Detroit Salt for the early delivery of 2,500 tons of ice control salt at $73.68 per ton, totaling $184,200.00; and for seasonal back-up of 1,200 tons at $76.21 per ton, totaling $91,452.00, to be supplied on an as-needed basis, and authorize the City Manager to execute all related documents on behalf of the city.
2. Adopt the amendment to Division 2, Article 5 "Purchases and Sales" in the City of Portage Code of Ordinances.
3. Receive Rezoning Amendment #26/27-1 to amend the Code of Ordinances of the City of Portage, Michigan, Article 4 - Zoning of Chapter 42 and Chapter 44 by adopting a zoning map amendment to effectuate a city-wide rezoning as more specifically described in Ordinance O-4-2026, and to establish Public Hearing on August 11, 2026.
