- Approve a Special License Liquor Permit in the form of a Certified Council Resolution for the Portage Parks Poker Pedal (P3), and authorize the Acting City Manager to execute all documents related to this action on behalf of the city.
- Authorize the third phase of construction consisting of nine houses within the Stanwood Crossings Workforce Housing project at 9617 Portage Road, and authorize the Acting City Manager or designee to enter into construction agreements for each house.
- Designate Councilmember Jihan Young as the Voting Representative and Councilmember Nicole Miller as the Alternate for the City of Portage at the Annual Meeting of the Michigan Municipal League to be held on October 7th in Traverse City, Michigan.
