- Move to authorize the Muskegon Area Transit System to place an order in the amount not to exceed $2,002,523 for up to three (3) heavy-duty transit buses from Gillig Corporation using the existing Federal Transit Administration (FTA) compliant joint procurement conducted by ITP-The Rapid in 2021, with 100% of the cost of the purchase to be paid with grant funds
- Move to approve the Airport to solicit requests for proposals to build two (2) adjacent family restrooms and a drinking fountain beyond the security checkpoint in the passenger terminal to be funded by budgeted local match funds for the terminal roof and modernization project. Further move to allow the Administrator to select the low-qualified bid proposal and to sign all appropriate and necessary documents to complete this project.
