1. Move to accept the low bid of $15,873,422.15 from Kamminga & Roodvoets for RFB 24-2527, Southeast Regional Force Main Contract #2. Further, authorize the administrator to sign the contract and execute change-orders in an amount not to exceed 5% of the original price.
2. Move to accept the low bid of $13,711,505.00 from Millbocker & Sons for RFB 24-2526, Southeast Regional Force Main Contract #1. Further, authorize the administrator to sign the contract and execute change-orders in an amount not to exceed 5% of the original price.
3. <div style="margin-left: 20px;">Move to authorize staff to proceed with the best available option, with the approval of the County Administrator, in order to expedite the process to get another compactor on site as soon as possible.
