1. Move to accept the low bid of $3,723,234.20 from Jackson-Merkey Contractors for RFB 24-2532, <em>Whitehall Township Water Main Construction</em>, and authorize the County Administrator to sign the contract and execute change orders in an amount not to exceed 5% of the original contract cost.
2. Move to authorize the placement of an order for two rotary mowers through Sourcewell for a total of $108,642.00, which will be paid in FY2025 when the mowers are shipped.
3. Move to approve proposal number 2024US251010 from WSP, Inc. for engineering services related to the import of structural fill for Cell 7 according to the terms of the Professional Engineering Services Agreement.
4. Move to approve the Interlocal Agreement to establish a multi-county materials management plan and materials management planning committee and to designate the West Michigan Regional Shoreline Development Committee (WMSRDC) as the Designated Planning Agency and to approve the proposal from WMSRDC for preparing the Materials Management Plan.
