1. Move to approve the renewal of Assessment Administration Services provided by the Equalization Department to the Township of Montague. Further, authorize the Chair of the Muskegon County Board of Commissioners, Muskegon County Clerk, and Corporate Counsel to sign the agreement effective October 1, 2024.
2. Move to approve the renewal of Assessment Administration Services provided by the Equalization Department to the City of Roosevelt Park. Further, authorize the Chair of the Muskegon County Board of Commissioners, Muskegon County Clerk, and Corporate Counsel to sign the agreement effective October 1, 2024.
3. Move to adjust the agreement to the terms for the annual Covenant Academies - MCA & Hall lease.
4. Move to authorize HealthWest to enter into lease agreements with Enterprise Fleet Management for 38 vehicles for an amount not to exceed $300,000 per year for a 5-year (60 months) term for each lease effective 3/06/2024 and authorize administration signature of the lease.
5. Move to approve the First Addendum to Tenant Lease Agreement effective October 1, 2024, between Muskegon County d/b/a HealthWest, and Trinity Health – Michigan d/b/a Mercy Health Saint Mary’s. Further, authorize the Administrator to sign the agreement.
6. Move to approve the First Amendment of the Lease Agreement with Cardinal Safety Company to rent Suite B in the Airport Administrative Building. Further, adjust the FY24/25 budgets accordingly and authorize the Administrator to sign the amendment.
