1. Move to approve a status change for Position X533100, Master Level Clinician, from full-time to hourly.
2. Move to accept the “Agreement for Extension Services” submitted by Michigan State University (MSU) Extension for FY2025 programs and services, with no change in general fund allocation; and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Agreement.
3. Move to approve the Minutes of September 23, 2024, with a friendly amendment to also approve the Closed Session Minutes of September 23, 2024.
4. Move to approve a lease between the County and Key Lime Air (dba Denver Air Connection) in the amount of $28,476.00 per month (includes utilities) as described in the lease, and further authorize the Administrator to sign the agreement pending Corporate Counsel review. This lease replaces that of Southern Airways Express.
