4. Move to approve the Prein&Newhof proposal for engineering services for the RRC Administration Building HVAC and Associated Improvements at a cost not to exceed $98,000.00.
5. Move to approve the Prein&Newhof proposal for engineering services for the Underground Improvement Projects at a cost not to exceed $120,000.00.
