- Move to authorize HealthWest to enter into lease agreements with Enterprise Fleet Management for forty-seven (47) vehicles for an amount not to exceed $384,574.22 per year for a five (5) year (60 months) term for each lease effective no later than September 30, 2025, and authorize the Board Chair signature of the lease, <em>with a friendly amendment to include gas vehicles, electric vehicles (EV), or hybrid vehicles.
