Agenda — 6 items

1. Move to approve the reclassification of the Family Counselor (Grade 17), position number X37002, to a Family Division Supervisor (Grade 20), change the funding of position numbers Q35304 and X40400 to 100% 2150-0142, and amend the SAVES FY25 grant revenue and expenditures budget accordingly.
2. Move to approve the fifth amendment to the lease agreement between No More Sidelines and Muskegon County HealthWest until December 31, 2026.
3. Move to amend the agreement with Core Realty to include parcel # 61-06-101-400-0001-00, in whole or in part, and authorize the Board Chair to sign the amendment.
4. Move to authorize HealthWest to enter into lease agreements with Enterprise Fleet Management for forty-seven (47) vehicles, to include gas vehicles, electric vehicles (EV), or hybrid vehicles for an amount not to exceed $384,574.22 per year for a five (5) year (60 months) term for each lease effective no later than September 30, 2025, and authorize the Board Chair signature of the lease.
5. Move to authorize the Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) to develop a Request for Proposal (RFP) for strategic planning for the organization, with funding available and programmed in the FY2025 CVB budget.
6. Move to accept the proposal for Excess Workers’ Compensation insurance of Midwest Employers Casualty for the period of 1/1/25 to 1/1/27 with a $750,000 self-insured retention for Sheriff and $650,000 self-insured retention for all other employees and a premium rate of $0.1504 per $100 payroll.
