1. Move to approve a three (3) year lease with Muskegon Area Intermediate School District for its PLANTS program and authorize the Chair to sign the lease contingent on Corporate Counsel's final approval.
2. Move to approve the lease agreement between WheelFish Group, LLC and Muskegon County HealthWest effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029 and authorize the Director of HealthWest to sign the lease.
3. Move to approve the lease agreement between Catholic Charities West Michigan and Muskegon County HealthWest effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027 and authorize the Director of HealthWest to sign the lease contingent on Corporate Counsel's final approval.
