- Move to authorize HealthWest to exercise the second contract renewal with Preferred Lawn Care & Snow Plowing, LLC, located at 2471 Whitehall Road, Suite B, Muskegon MI, 49445, for snow removal and salting services for calendar year 2025 at both the Mental Health Center and Club Interactions.
- Move to approve Amendment #8 to the contract with C&S Companies (airport engineering consultant) for construction administration, oversight and engineering testing related to Airfield Signage Replacement Project in the amount of $75,322.84. This obligation is 95% Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grant funded, with an additional 2.5% contribution from Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), and a cost to the county not to exceed $2,000 from the Airport Operating Budget. Further authorize the board chair to sign the related documents.
- Move to approve Amendment #7 to the contract with C&S Companies (airport engineering consultant) for Phase 3 of design and engineering services related to $20.3M Taxiway “Alpha” relocation and reconstruction project in the amount of $224,015.95. This obligation is 95% FAA grant funded, with an additional 2.5% contribution from MDOT, and a cost to the county not to exceed $5,700 from the Public Improvement Fund. Further authorize the board chair to sign the related documents.
- Move to award replacement of the Union Depot Chiller to Trane per the Omnia Cooperative Purchasing Agreement proposal in the amount of $63,730.00.
