1. Move to approve Change Order No. 2 of the Irrigation Main Replacement Year 1 Contract with Kamminga & Roodvoets by $73,995.00, authorize the Board Chair to sign the change order, and amend the budget accordingly.
2. Move to waive the procurement policy and approve the Resource Recovery Center to obtain Department-level quotes for fungicide aerial application if needed in the 2025 crop season and to order the service based on the lowest quote meeting specifications, at a cost not to exceed the budgeted amount of $83,460.00.
