1. Move to authorize staff to issue a solicitation for the purchase of a website Content Management system, Digital Asset Management system, and web hosting for Muskegon County.
2. Move to approve the five year lease between the County and Tina Tots Learning Center and authorize the Chair to sign the agreement and futher adjust the budget accordingly.
3. Move to approve Amendment #1 to Reimbursable Agreement GL-006110 between the County and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in the amount of $243,133.92 for FAA-specific construction activities related to the Muskegon County Airport’s FY2025 Taxiway A reconstruction project, and further authorize the Board Chair to execute the amendment.
4. Move to approve Amendment #9 to the contract with C&S Companies (airport engineering consultant) for construction administration and oversight services related to $20.3M Taxiway “Alpha” relocation and reconstruction project in the amount of $1,870,703 and authorize the Board Chair to sign the amendment.
5. Move to approve Amendment 01 for a deduction of $290,000 from the DLZ-Michigan Hall of Justice renovation design contract, reallocate $140,000 of the deducted budget amount to the DLZ-Michigan Marquette Campus design contract and $150,000 for the installation of replacement window shades in the Hall of Justice. Further, authorize staff to issue a Request for Proposals for window shade replacement, and authorize the Board Chair to sign the agreement.
