- Move to approve Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) Master Agreement 2022-0110 Amendment 1 and the Signature Resolution authorizing the County Administrator to execute the Master Agreement Amendment and associated public transportation Project Authorizations under the agreement.
- Move to approve Amendment 1 to US Coast Guard lease agreement HSCG83-22-1-0003 to remove the requirement for a foam-based fire suppression system from the facility and authorize the board chair to sign the amendment. This action results in no cost to the County as the USCG will pay for all facility modifications associated with this amendment.
- Move to amend the current contract with Bertelsmann Learning LLC (Relias LLC) for the addition of one Course Creator license and authorize the HealthWest Executive Director to sign the amendment.
- Move to approve to amend the West Michigan Janitorial contract to cover the expanded scope of work at the Mental Health Center for an approximate increase of $28,104 annually, and authorize the HealthWest Executive Director to sign the amendment.
- Move to approve the proposal from MCSA Group Inc. for engineering services related to the Dune Harbor Park – Muskegon County South Lake improvements at the Seminole Parking Lot, including any alternate proposals, for an amount not to exceed $136,570. Additionally, move to name the observation deck the "Daniel P. Cherette Observation Deck".
