1. Move to approve the purchase agreement to sell County parcel 06-101-400-0001-00 (approximately ~35.5 acres) for $300,000 and authorize the Administrator to sign all necessary and appropriate documents to complete this transaction.
2. Move to approve the lease agreement with Baker College of Muskegon and Muskegon County and authorize the Chair to sign the three (3) year lease extension, effective July 1, 2025, until June 30, 2028, and further authorize the Administrator, contingent on Corporate Counsel approval, to make incidental changes to the agreement.
