1. Authorize Information Technology to purchase the necessary Cisco Phone System Upgrade for 60 months at a budgeted cost of $633,269 plus an unbudgeted cost of $141,019 for a total not to exceed amount of $774,288 and adjust the budget accordingly. Further, authorize the Board Chair to sign the five (5) year agreement with CDW-G.
2. Move to award IFB 25-2561 for a Muskegon Area Transit System (MATS) HVAC Replacement Project to Hurst Mechanical for the bid amount of $756,734.00, and authorize the Board Chair to sign contract documents, and further authorize the County Administrator to execute any necessary change orders for a total amount not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the original contract cost.
3. Move to approve the lease agreement with Baker College of Muskegon and Muskegon County and authorize the Chair to sign the three (3) year lease extension, effective July 1, 2025, until June 30, 2028, and further authorize the Administrator, contingent on Corporate Counsel approval, to make incidental changes to the agreement.
