Move to approve Change Order No. 1 of the RRC Administration Building Renovation Contract with Erhardt Construction Company, which increases the Contract cost by $19,879.00, from $1,334,673.00 to $1,354,552.00, authorize the Board Chair to sign the change order, and amend the budget accordingly. ​
2. Move to accept the low bid of $3,997,794.00 from Milbocker and Sons, Inc. for IFB 25-2575, Coopersville Force Main, Sanitary Sewer, and Emergency Storage Ponds, authorize the Board Chair to sign the contract and authorize the County Administrator to execute change orders up to an amount not to exceed 5% of the original contract cost.
