- Move to approve the Sheriff’s Office purchasing two (2) SpeedAlert 24 Radar and two (2) SpeedAlert 18 Radar Message Signs and related equipment/software at a total cost of $61,847.53 from All Traffic Solutions using the Sourcewell purchase contract.
- Move to accept the “Agreement for Extension Services” submitted by Michigan State University (MSU) Extension for FY2026 programs and services, with no change in general fund allocation; and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Agreement.
- Move to approve Amendment 02 from DLZ-Michigan for an additional $44,000 to the design agreement for Marquette Campus renovations and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Agreement.
- Move to award RFP 25-2605, Marquette Snow Removal, to Great Lakes Landscapes for the 2025-2026, 2026-2027, and 2027-2028 winter seasons.
- Move to authorize RFP 25-2587 award for a five (5) year period for external printing services provided for Muskegon County to vendor Advanced Printing and Graphics.
- Move to award replacement of the Marquette Kitchen Makeup Air Unit and Condensing Unit to Trane per the Omnia Cooperative Purchasing Agreement proposal in the amount of $149,500 and adjust the FY2026 budget accordingly.
- Move to authorize award of RFB 25-2594 for a seven (7) year period of bulk diesel and unleaded fuel delivery for the Muskegon Area Transit System, Muskegon County Airport, Muskegon County Solid Waste, and Muskegon County Resource Recovery Center to vendor VMJH LLC.
- Move to authorize the Sheriff’s Office to accept the Request for Proposal (RFP) bid from Smart Communications and complete a three-year contract with two one-year options.
