1. Move to approve the proposed bond refunding contract and the associated bond resolution between Muskegon County and the townships of Dalton, Egelston and Muskegon Charter for the 2015 sewer bond issue originally titled “Muskegon County Wastewater Management System—Number One (Charter Township of Muskegon, Township of Egelston and Township of Dalton Section) Refunding Bonds, Series 2015” contingent upon approval by all three local units.
2. Move to approve the proposed bond refunding contract and the associated bond resolution between Muskegon County and the townships of Dalton, Fruitland, Laketon, and Muskegon Charter for the 2015 water bond issue, originally titled “Muskegon County Water Supply System Refunding Bonds, Series 2015,” contingent upon approval by all four local units.
3. Move to purchase a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD Crew Cab 4x4 from Todd Wenzel Buick GMC of Westland for the MiDeal quoted price of $54,822.00.
4. Move to accept a second amendment to the Alternative Water Supply grant from the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy providing additional funding in the amount of $733,744.00, authorize the Board Chair to sign the grant agreement, and amend the budget accordingly. ​
5. Move to award the bid of $179,195.00 for RFB 26-2612, <em>Grain Center Scale Repair & Upsizing</em>, to GR Metrology, and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Agreement for services.
6. Move to award the bid of $457,600.00 for RFB 26-2611, <em>High-Speed Disks</em>, to Ellens Equipment, authorize the Board Chair to sign the sale agreement (if one is required by the vendor), and amend the FY2026 Budget accordingly.
7. Move to approve the Prein&Newhof proposal for design engineering for the Q to C Force Main at a cost not to exceed $865,000.00
8. Move to approve the Prein&Newhof proposal to develop a pilot study for increasing the biological treatment capacity at the Resource Recovery Center at a cost not to exceed $62,000.00.
