1. Move to approve a contract with Triangle Window Fashions for installation of roller shades in the Hall of Justice (HOJ) for $78,326.85, and authorize the Board Chair to sign the contract.
2. Move to accept the Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority (MMRMA) Risk Avoidance Program (RAP) grant in the amount of $50,000 going towards the Taser 10 contract, authorize the Board Chair to sign the agreement, and adjust the budget accordingly.
3. Move to authorize HealthWest to purchase 129 new laptops from CDW-G, an approved reseller for the Sourcewell cooperative agreement, at a not-to- exceed cost of $154,592.00, and authorize the HealthWest Executive Director to sign the contract.
4. Move to award a sole source contract to Kofile for legal and historical record preservation and imaging on behalf of the Register of Deeds and County Clerk and authorize the Chair to sign the agreement and the Clerk and Register of Deeds to sign all other appropriate and necessary documents to complete this transaction, contingent upon receiving the National Endowment for the Humanities Grant.
5. Move to award two (2), five (5) year service agreements for downtown HVAC equipment and the Marquette chiller to Trane Corporation, per the Omnia cooperative purchase agreement, and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Agreements.
6. Move to authorize Public Health to expand the existing agreement with Western Michigan University Homer Stryker MD School of Medicine to include body removal and transport services effective January 1, 2026, authorize the Board Chair to sign the associated amendment and amend the budget accordingly.
7. Move to approve the proposal by Lee Ann French d/b/a Joe-Lee's Crosswinds Cafe to operate the restaurant at the Muskegon County Airport main passenger terminal.
