1. Move to authorize HealthWest to purchase thirty (30) Cisco Catalyst Wireless Access Points and shipping charges from Sentinel Technologies, Inc, an approved fulfillment partner for the Cisco Systems Inc MiDEAL cooperative agreement #210000001333, at an approximate cost of $25,974.70 and authorize the HealthWest Executive Director to sign the contract.
2. Move to approve the sixth amendment to lease between No More Sidelines and Muskegon County (DBA "HealthWest) effective January 1, 2026, and authorize the executive director for HealthWest to sign the amendment.
3. Move to authorize HealthWest to enter into lease agreements with Enterprise Fleet Management for two (2) vehicles for an amount not to exceed $1,800 per year for a five (5) year (60 months) term for each lease and authorize administration signature of the lease.
4. Move to approve the first addendum to the lease between Muskegon County and Tina Tots Learning Center and authorize the Chair to sign the addendum.
5. Move to accept the proposal from Clifford Buck Construction for RFB 26-2564R, Pioneer Park Bathhouse Construction, in the amount of $1,086,368, to construct a new bathhouse at Pioneer Park.
