1. Move to appoint Dr. Anna Tart, MD as an additional Deputy Medical Examiner for Muskegon County under the Medical Examiner contract.
2. Move to accept the low bid from SmithGroup for the Heritage Landing Master Planning project in the amount of $99,990, with a not-to-exceed total of $140,660 including travel expenses and voluntary alternates, funded by the Accommodations Tax Fund, and to authorize the Board Chair to sign the contract.
3. Move to approve an extension of the lease agreement between Hinman Lake, LLC and Muskegon County HealthWest effective February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2029, and authorize the HealthWest Director to sign the lease.
