1. <br>Move to authorize the Resource Recovery Center to purchase a 2025 Caterpillar Model 938 3RQ Wheel Loader for $270,301.79 through Sourcewell, amend the FY2026 Capital Budget accordingly, and sell the old loader following the County’s surplus disposal policy.
2. <br>Move to authorize Solid Waste to purchase a new Caterpillar 826-11 landfill compactor from MaCallister CAT for $1,020,327.33 to replace the fire-damaged landfill compactor and to adjust the landfill budget accordingly pending the final insurance claim determination of the value of the loss.
3. <br>Move to waive the procurement policy and award litter cleanup services for CY 2026 to Field Technology Services, per the proposal dated January 1, 2026 and authorize the Public Works Board Chair to sign the proposal.
4. <br>Move to approve the WSP, Inc. proposal number 2025US512147 in the amount of $34,700.00 with a 10 percent contingency for Engineering Services related to the west entrance and scale work according to the Professional Engineering Services Agreement.
