- Month-to-Month Amendment to F3 Contract
- Authorize a one (1) year contract extension with Goodtemps, Inc. Staffing Services from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027.
- Move to select dotCMS as the website Content Management System and web hosting provider for Muskegon County, authorize a contract term from March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2029, with a total cost not to exceed $225,675,00 and authorize the Board Chair to sign the agreement.
- Move to authorize IT to purchase four (4) additional years of maintenance and support for Broadcom VMware at the 2026 rate, through the MiDEAL cooperative purchasing agreement with CDW-G, for a contract term from February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2031, with a total cost not to exceed $518,947.20, and authorize the Board Chair to sign the purchase agreement.
- Move to approve the purchase of modular furniture for the new Register of Deeds office for the not-to-exceed price of $50,230 from Grand River Office utilizing a cooperative agreement.
