1. Move to approve the first one‑year extension of the contract for Electrical Repair Services with C‑N‑C Electric LLC, as authorized under Board of Public Works motion BPW23/04‑34, and to authorize the Board Chair to execute the Contract Extension Agreement.
2. Move to award the bid of $169,775.00 for RFB 26-2617, MCRRC Farm Floor and Floor Drain, to Jackson-Merkey Contractors, and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Contract, and amend the FY2026 Capital Budget accordingly.
3. Move to accept the bid of $109,421.00 for IFB 26-2619, <em>Irrigation Rigs</em>, for the purchase and installation of one irrigation rig from Sigma Ag Solutions, and authorize the Board Chair to Sign the Agreement for Services.
4. Move to grant consent to the Agriculture License allowing Kantola Quality Farms to farm 28.3 acres of Resource Recovery Center property that is subject to the Consumers Energy solar lease, and to authorize the Board Chair to execute the Agriculture License.
5. Move to award the unit price bids for RFB 26-2620, <em>Agricultural Chemicals</em>, as recommended in the attached board summary.
