1. Move to approve a contract with Mohawk Carpet Distribution for turnkey flooring renovations in the Hall of Justice in the amount not to exceed $399,723.00, via a Sourcewell cooperative agreement, and authorize the Board Chair to sign the contract.
2. Move to authorize Equalization to purchase modular furniture for A-Wing using Equalization Surplus funds, not to exceed $49,891 from Grand River Office via a cooperative agreement, and adjust the budget accordingly.
3. Move to approve the attached lease termination agreement with Bethany Christian Services of Michigan and authorize the Chair to sign the termination agreement.
