  1. Move to approve a contract with ICIMS to provide reference-checking software for HealthWest and authorize the HealthWest Chief Financial Officer to sign the agreement for a three-year term, October 31, 2026, through October 31, 2029, not to exceed $28,963.60.
  2. Move to accept the FY2027 Local Emergency Management Program (LEMP) Work Agreement and Quarterly Report Outline and authorize the Board Chair to sign the agreement.
  3. Move to authorize Public Health to renew its Medical Director agreement with Douglas Hoch, M.D., for an amount not to exceed $5,000 per month through September 30, 2027, with no impact on general fund. Further, authorize the Board Chair and Public Health Director to sign the associated agreement.
  4. Move to accept the “Agreement for Extension Services” submitted by Michigan State University (MSU) Extension for FY27 programs and services, with no change in general fund; and authorize the Board Chair to sign.
  5. Move to approve the Meeting Minutes of September 24, 2026
  6. Treasurer, Equalization, and Register of Deeds Transition to Marquette
  7. Move to approve the installation of the John A. Scott Timeline Tribute Display at the main entrance (Door #29) of Public Health – Muskegon County, continuing the Board’s previous recognition of Mr. Scott’s legacy and significant contributions to public health in Muskegon County.
  8. Move to enter into closed Session to discuss written attorney-client privileged communication (as permitted by Section 8(1)(h) of the Open Meetings Act)
  9. Resolution Affirming the Integrity of Muskegon County's Elections and Expressing Appreciation, Support, and Confidence in Our Local Election Officials (Commissioner McGuigan)
