- Move to approve the Timber Sale Contract with Habitat Management of MI for harvesting trees at the Muskegon County Fairgorunds with compensation to the County as proposed in the Contract and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Contract.
- Move to accept the bid from Carbon Six Construction, Inc. in the amount of $2,432,545 for the construction of an aviation fuel facility at the Muskegon County Airport and authorize the Board Chair to execute all related contract documents, subject to Corporate Counsel approval, and adjust the FY2026 budget accordingly.
- Move to authorize the Muskegon County Department of Veterans Affairs personnel to apply for and accept the FY2027 State of Michigan County Veteran Service Fund Grant and further authorize the Board Chair to sign the Grant Agreement.
