Agenda — 6 items

1. Move to approve a sole-source, one-year contract with Canteen Services for food service at the Juvenile Detention Center, effective July 1, 2026, with four optional one-year renewals, subject to Corporate Counsel approval, and adjust the budget accordingly.
2. Move to extend the Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft for another thirty-six (36) month contract through the CDWG cooperative Sourcewell program for a price not to exceed $202,151 for the first year and authorize the Board Chair to sign the agreement.
3. Move to approve the attached two-year contract effective January 28, 2026, with the City of Norton Shores for Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF), fire, and emergency medical services at the Muskegon County Airport for a not-to-exceed cost of $230,000 in the first year and a not-to-exceed cost of $265,000 in the second year; authorize the Chair and County Clerk to sign the agreement; and amend the budget accordingly.
4. Move to authorize a month-to-month extension of the existing Human Resources Services Agreement with the City of Muskegon, at a monthly cost of $15,277.46, under current terms and conditions, pending completion of ongoing negotiations and determination of future service delivery, and authorize the Board Chair to sign the agreement.
5. Move to approve Assessment Administration Services provided by the Equalization Department to the City of Muskegon. Further, authorize the Chair of the County Board of Commissioners and the Muskegon County Clerk to sign the agreement effective July 01, 2026.
6. Move to approve the purchase of cubicle and office furniture to house the Treasurer’s office for the not-to-exceed price of $78,300, utilizing Grand River Office cooperative procurement agreement.
