1. Move to approve the Timber Sale Contract with Habitat Management of MI for harvesting trees at the Muskegon County Airport with compensation to the County as proposed in the Contract and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Contract.
2. Move to authorize HealthWest to engage with Securance LLC for a 3-year penetration testing agreement at a cost not to exceed $34,848.00 and to authorize the HealthWest Executive Director to sign the contract.
3. Move to authorize HealthWest to approve an increase of $8,000 annually to the existing Vonage phone system agreement to support additional licensing and enable call recording functionality on designated main lines, increasing the total annual contract amount from $39,000 to $47,000.
4. Move to approve the First Amendment to the Agreement for Airport Police Emergency Response with the City of Norton Shores, extending the term of the agreement through June 30, 2028, and authorize the Board Chair to execute the amendment.
5. Move to approve the Scope of Services with C&S Companies, Inc. for construction administration and construction observation services associated with the Runway 14/32 Crack Seal, Seal Coat, and Pavement Marking Project, in an amount not to exceed $59,153.21, and authorize the Board Chair to execute the task order.
