1. Move to accept the FY2025 Homeland Security Grant Program Intergovernmental Agreement between West Michigan Regional Medical Consortium (WMRMC) and Muskegon County and authorize the Board Chair to sign the agreement.
2. Move to apply and accept the FY2026 Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) technology and equipment program grant, if awarded, in the amount of $1,500,000, authorize the Board Chair to sign the agreement, and adjust the budget accordingly.
3. Move to apply and accept the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Rural Grant Program grant, if awarded, in the amount of $500,000, authorize the Board Chair to sign the agreement, and adjust the budget accordingly.
4. Move to apply for and accept the FY2026 Port Security Grant Program in the amount $758,000.00 going towards the replacement of one (1) marine boat and upgrading dive equipment; authorize the Board Chair to sign the agreement, and adjust the budget accordingly.
