1. Move to approve Amendment #1 to the RRC's Demand Response Program Agreement with Voltus for urgent electrical power curtailment.
2. Move to authorize the Board Chair to sign the Consent to Easement, Certificate of Authority, and Letter Agreement between the United States and Muskegon County and authorize to pay the administrative charge of $15,495.00 in order to finalize the United States Army Corps of Engineers' approval of the County's water main crossing of the Muskegon Lake Channel.
3. Move to approve the sole source purchase of a 10-HP Strobic Air® fan for the RRC laboratory’s exhaust system for $27,585.00 plus shipping.
4. Move to accept the low bid of $42,452.00 from Seal Analytical for IFB 26-2639, <em>Segmented Flow Analyzer</em>, for the purchase and installation of a segmented flow analyzer for the Resource Recovery Center laboratory.
5. Resolution to recognize Kathy Evans for contributions to the cleanup of Muskegon Lake.
6. Move to approve the Minutes of July 9, 2026 (Pg. 3)
7. Move to reschedule the Thursday, September 10th, 2026, Board of Public Works meeting to Tuesday, September 15th, 2026, at 4 P.M.
8. Move to accept the proposal from HESCO in response to RFP 26-2634, <em>Flow Meter Calibration & Repair Services</em>, to provide flow meter calibration services at $50,700.00 per year with a 5% contingency and flow meter repair services at $200.00/hour for one year, with the option of up to two one-year extensions if mutually agreeable to both parties and approved by a vote of the Board.
9. Move to award RFQu 26-2626 for Professional Engineering Services relating to drinking water to Prein & Newhof, DLZ Michigan, and Fleis & VandenBrink Engineering, and authorize the Chair to sign the Agreements.
